STRESZCZENIE
In her article the author describes the results of surveys of representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises in food-processing industry and trade, carried out by the Institute of Home Market and Consumption in the middle of 2003. Attention is focused on presentation of the opinions on anticipated effects for the domestic food market as a result of Poland’s accession to the European Union, and on opportunities and threats faced by small and medium-sized enterprises.
